18x8.5+38 114.3 5h 18x9.5+38 114.3 5h too big for my hatch im lookin to get around 450+ hp to the ground
 
Those offsets are not s-chassis friendly (i'm guessing that's what you're driving). The rears would be fine but the fronts will most likely need a spacer to clear your suspension.

No, 18's are not too big (to fit).

I would pass on super advans though...

cuz sr20 and ka-t and ca18s are gonna cost 10000000000$ to get 450hp to the ground and be anywhere near reliable to drive more than 5times a month lol
 
compared to the stock average est of 120whp that a 5spd ka provides w\ four cylinders and only 2.4L of displacement. When you make 450whp which is about 375% more power, same displacement. **** will break. no doubt.
