if so, not black240sx's problem. If the person gave him cash for a shell knowing before hand that he didnt physically have the title then its the purchasers fault. I personally would never purchase a car with the whole "i'll contact who i got the car from" scenario. Once the person gets the $$$ 99% of the time they lose interest.

again, this is just me making assumptions that there is no title, but thats the only thing I can think of regarding a shell and this thread
