Bad Ground???

so im guessing this is a bad ground but when i turn on my car the windshield wipers turn on by themselves and my gauges will not work and dont know what the problem will be and where i could search to fix this problem and to finish off my questions what sensors go along the passenger side of the transmission because the fool i bought it from looks like he snatched them out :/

ok the right way is not owning a 240 cause 98.3% of them are hacked to fuck no matter how clean they look

so just came back from outside and forgot to mention this in my previous post there is no rpm's,speed,temp, or fuel the cluster lights up but thats all if this helps anymore
