Cheaper suspension companys (Megan, D2 and what not) run stiff springs, which will help your low powered car hold a drift. The problem with these cheaper coilovers is the shock valving is no where as good as let's say Stance, KW Suspensions, and what not. But they work well for low powered cars.
Next thing on the agenda would be tires. On the rear, run something with low grip like a Falken Ziex 912 with high tire pressure (40 psi +). Up front, something with more grip would definitely help. Falken Azenis RT-615K, Hankook Ventus RS3, and Nitto NT-05 are great tires to use up front with a medium amount of pressure (28-32 psi).
