this lady by my house is selling an s13 she wants 3,200 for a white 93' ka24 manuel i and everyone else thinks its too much it has about 12isshh,xxx miles and the paint is not in good shape what would be the bext offer to give her ??

i would say if the interior is great, and the body is strait, and it sounds good, and looks like the enigne bay is fairly clean then i would say something like 1500 ish.. but thats really it. oh and the clutch pedal.... feels shitty right haha.
