BLADDER_MASTER
is no more
Mr. S13 Slide and I met up at Orlando this past weekend. Not only to go to the Orlando drift event, but to also settle our dispute of who reigns supreme in the Nurburgring cuisine. First off we battled in 2-player mode with his Ford V8 Race car and my Woodone Toyota Supra (JGTC). Needless to say, Mr. S13 Slide couldn't keep up with the mad skizzles of the BLADDER. Aside from the pwnage, the excuses began to roll in. The first complaint was that my Supra was too fast and that I needed to de-tune it. I said fine, i'll give you a 30-sec. head start. But shortly afterward, he brought up his other complaint about the 2-player mode screen affecting his playability. Again I said fine, so we both decided to settle this in a lap time battle. So confident the BLADDER was that he decided to use Mr. S13 Slide's Ford for the battle. The first run was a practice lap and the BLADDER managed a low 6 minute run with a car he's never played with before. On the 2nd run, the BLADDER managed a high 5-minute run. Again, so confident was the BLADDER, he decided to not bother attempting to get a faster time. Then came Mr. S13 Slide's turn. His first run got him a 6-minute lap time. His 2nd run, the one that counted, turned out to be a different story. As Mr. S13 Slide fought his way through the viscious corners of the Nurburgring track, he lost control of his vehicle before the long stretch of road that leads to the start/finish. Aggravated, Mr. S13 Slide threw his remote control. He knew what had happened. He knew, the BLADDER was still the Iron Chef of GT4.
