BMW>Nissan

Yeah, I've never seen anything like that before either. Nissan interiors (like most Japanese cars) tend to be much simpler than BMW's. Actually, most European luxury cars have dashes littered with buttons and switches. That's not to say BMW doesn't use better materials and plastics - I'm sure they do.

Yeah It all depends on the owner and how they treat their car, I get Mercedes in at work that are 10 years old an their interiors are perfect but that doesnt happen too often since the people who own these cars are douche bags, I see cars that are like 2 years old and fucking trashed to high hell.

Everytime I ride in a bimmer, it deffinately feels more solid than any Nissan I have riden in. I think BMW just builds a better chassis and drivetrain set up than Nissan does, but for the money, Nissan has great cars, not to mention anything that comes from Nissan, Toyota, or Honda is going to be extremely reliable.

i drive a mazda and everyone hates mazda so i wills tay quiet in the corner lol....i do like bimmers but i also like nissans...but in reality isnt the nissan z and the 3 series two different classes?

drivers that dont know how take care of a car, cause my boys 2003 g35's interior is in immaculate condition and he makes sure it stays that way

I think the bottom line is that it's a lot easier to see wear on a Nissan interior than a BMW interior, and that's not mostly owner related.

My boy (who also has a G35 and takes VERY good care of it) has his interior already with small signs of wear, and worst of all, when I sat on the backseat (where no one sits in a G35) the whole side trim was falling off already, for just SITTING there. It was ridiculous.

I think if you get a random sample of 10 cars from the same year, the quality of the bimmers will far outweigh the quality of the Nissans.

But like I said (and Noel supported).... if you want to defend that for the money, Nissans are better cars, sure... that's a better argument.

My biggest gripe with BMWs has always been their interiors. IDK. I've never seen a higher end Nissan (Infiniti) have entire trim panels falling off - probably an exceptional instance. Whatever. I'd like to see the 1 series trump the Z and live up to the hype but I just don't see them hitting the 350's price range (starts at $27.9k). Is BMW even trying to dip into the 350's market share?

Yeah, Sergio is anal about the condition of his car, and everytime I sat in the rear seat of his car, I was scared of touching anything, because it looked so fragile.

You just changed my mind about getting a car. For the same price of the 1-series I could get the BEST truck...2007 Toyota Tundra! :bigthumbu

I wish I could afford that truck. It's a motherfucking beast!

E30 interior comapred to the Z32 or S13 IMO nissan had it better, the E36 basically had the same dash as the E30, it wasnt bad just didnt look styling enough, the E46 is where they really made it look nice.

the problem is nissan is mainly a money hungry company as for bmw they dont give two shits if there the biggest company in the world all they care about is building luxury sports cars, thats the HUGE difference between the two, thats why you pay mroe for a BMW. IMO you just cant compare the two.

1 series WAY better then any infiniti interior very nice.
the new M45 interior looks pretty good thought, but still to this day the nicest interior i have ever been in was a IS350, i was so afraid to touch ANY of the leather, so very nice.

ALLLLLLL MR2 interiors YUCK so damn ugly. the center console worse EVER.

My favorite sports car interior of all is the FD RX-7 that car is just so nice also.

the only thing i really hate about S13 stock interiors are the pos seats and the steering wheels, S14 seats are a bit better but look nice in an S13, also a Z32 "air bag" steering wheel in a S13 looks nice.

1988 gen Mustang Firebird Camaro interiors WORSE of them all by far. unless its KITT. LOL
