So does sex. :bigthumbu ;)

Is it expensive? Does they have classes after 6? Is it group classes or individual? n00b friendly?

you are looking at 125.00(cheapest MMA school around) a month, the classes normally start after 6:00pm, You get to train with some UFC guys sometimes, and some of the top Grapplers in the USA.

Just MMA stuff or weight training and getting into shape too? I'm a little soggy n the midsection

every day before class, you run, do push ups and sit ups. Plus grappling and rolling, by doing those things only you will lose weight, one of the guys there has lost over 40 pounds.

I remember going to see Jeff ( jiujitsudrift ) at his dojo, and a whole bunch of my friends are into Muay Thai. Maybe if I wasn't so lazy I'd look into this..

Sounds cool. I have to say that some of the fittest people in the world have to be any form of organized fighting(mma, boxing, etc). I think a lot of people don't realize how just 3mins in the ring against someone wears you out.

I was just wondering... I went to a MMA seminar there a few weeks ago with Frank Morejon and some of his Machado BJJ guys.
