I think if they tried that in any other part of the world they'd be dead in seconds. I'd be more afraid of 10 bikers on harleys than 50 bosozokus making noises with their exhausts

No, thats incorrect. Just because America thinks they can shoot/kill/end peoples lives for such dumb crimes as this doesn't mean that anywhere else in the world do they do the same. You could pull that same shit in the middle of damn Russia and the most you'll get is beat up a bit. Does that mean Russians are pussies? Yea right. It's called having value of life which even there, they can understand. America is all "KILL KILL KILL", or "omg you COULD HAVE burned someones arm, or COULD HAVE injured a cop", or "I'm gonna be a hero cop and save protect the KIDS! :bang bang bang:" And then gets a medal of honor. Dude, valid points. And to be honest I do think that American cops -and Americans in general- are too trigger happy. Always looking for an excuse to "get defensive". Guess living in a nice 1st world country makes their lives boring or something lol.

But seriously? fucking RUSSIANS? if you said that about, I dunno...sweden or norway or finland etc etc I might say yes. But Russia? they dont give a fuck about anything. Id much rather face an American redneck cop than a russian one....

Russian police aren't as bad as American cops, and they don't kill people up for dumb stuff like this ( I live literally a 45min walk to Russia from where I am right now, we get all the kind of Russian news in Finland). But they will beat your head in, make no doubt about that, but I'd take that any day over getting shot in the skull. If I said Norway, Sweden, or Finland, the cops wouldn't even touch you harmfully and you'd get out of jail in one day for this kind of thing. But then again, here in Finland, our people are much different (over 90% of population are still native to this country, and respect is very high) and crime rates are among the lowest in the world.

Russia: Guy chasing cops with weapon on highway, they eventually shoot him in the leg to immobilize him, then beat him but he won't let go of weapon, they keep hitting his hand to get the weapon out, then eventually get him down in handcuffs, did they kill him? No. Looks pretty bad yea, BUT THIS IS AS WORSE IT GETS!

Notice on that last one how the cop just stand around after the shot like yea what, we run this place. And afterwards what always happens to your police after these brutal attacks on civilians? Probation with pay usually. Now, what looks more like it should actually happening in evil Russia? You can search for yourself "police shoot" and "Russian police shoot" and you come up with way more crazy soviet russia style police tactics in the USA than anywhere.

I agree and disagree with you. In america, weapons run rampant amongst street thugs and these kids have no respect for human lives themselves. There will always be isolated incidences of unnecessary use of force and those cops should have the books thrown at them. There is talk of bringing the National Guard down to Liberty City b/c of the number of murders and violent crimes - i don't think there would be a police force left in some urban cities if they weren't allowed to carry firearms (or use them). If the worst they had were roman candles and smoke bombs, I'd agree.
 
if the United States were 90% native the crime rate would be low as shit too lol. and of course the kill count is going to be way more for authority over here, there are 2000000 million more people. you get a majority of people coming from some country that is being controlled by drug lords where killing is the way of life, would you take the chance if you were a cop and someone had a gun and went to grab it? saying something is different than doing something, but just like 99.8% of the people here I'm sure you would shoot the person without hesitation if you were in the situation.

I still think police brutality is worse in Russia. There's numerous cases of torture and abuse in detention facilities, and lets not even go into Chechnya....how many police officers/administrators are ex-kgb as well? they don't fuck around. Try bribing a cop here and see what happens to you as well....
