Bpearl2010's "Stanced 8thGen Accord"

Actually an Accord is a dependable family vehicle. An old lady car would consist more of a Cadillac Eldorado or a Buick Regal. Just to clarify that for you.

And no this person is not an old lady.

I like the shot, but I wish is was closer/cropped. The tree on the left really throws me. My attention keeps getting drawn to it because its this giant blurry bar. If that wasn't there to distract me I think I would like the photo more.

hey bearcat, better stanced than all riced out with a peb boys wing... some cars just arent gunna be race cars...

once again tho you are pointing out rear wheel drive shit boxes. other wise known as 240's, dont get me wrong i love mine, and anyone elses who tries to or actually does drive theirs, but this is an accord.... stanced over average daily...

it would be like me telling you that i hate turbo diesel trucks when are their big tires going to end... just wont happen.

now i do see your point when it comes to that "DRIFT CAR" that doesnt drift but its all slammed, on sweet wheels that are so expensive the owner wouldnt dare drift on them, with sweet paint.... that pisses me off... but a nice lowered "FLUSHED OUT" accord is sweet in my opinion... but to each his own man. i think its a situational thing, when it comes to race cars stance isnt or shouldnt be a big priority, but when it comes to fwd dailys or cars that will never see the track i think its the best way to go.

so you're saying I could put some stupid wheels that stick out past the fenders of my 03 Hyundai elantra and people would s my d like this?!

SPEAKING of '03 Elantras!

I thought Squeeks Elantra was nice (and this was WAYYY before the flush trend craziness was around). It's just about having good offset and some peoples opinions of what's good offset is different. Some like track stance that looks good and is functional, some like tuck & poke like the Accord, and some like Hellaflush -13 camber cracked out offset.

Nice critique on the shot. That's pretty much how I felt. There are some more on Roly's (SmerkFilms) flickr stream of the car, I thought he would update this post. Here's the link-

Shit is STANCED dawg.

I think the only bad part about this crap is the terms people use, like stanced, hellaflush, flush game, bla bla bla. You make a car look good, you don't need to give it some trendy name to describe a certain process. Also, the dudes running -8* camber on the rear of anything doesn't look cool. More rear camber than front camber on anything doesn't look cool.

Also, Tuerck's car look like a rock crawler.

Great shots, im still in the middle of learning the whole photography thing, got most of the basics down, now i just need to find better things to shoot
