Hello guys,

just got a S14 1995 running fully stock, and im trying to work on getting a good brake system than stock. car stops fine but i want more strong brake power.

anyways, just few days ago i got me a 2x front 300zx Sumitomo brake calipers with steel braided lines + pads, now im working in getting a new set of 2x front slotted rotors.

My question is for the rear rims on my S14 since im looking to run side ways drifting not heavy but beginning mode since im a noobie :D, what should i do on my rear rims should i just leave it the way it is fully stock or upgrade the bitch up ?, there is a guy trying to sell me 2x Brembo Rear Calipers 2/ Dual Pistons in each rear caliper he says that Fits Skyline 200SX S13 S14 300Z z32 z31 the price is not bad few bucks he wants for it. i can buy it there is NP but i just wanna confirm if i really need it or i be fine running with my stock rear calipers, if i dont need it i can use the money for something else like buying a New Aluminum Radiator 3 Row or something else.

Oh Yeah i was going to ask, on the S14 Brake Master Cylinder that i have by modding all my brake calipers 300zx and may be i buy the brembo, do i have to change the Brake Master Cylinder or im fine with the stock BMC/Brake Master Cylinder.

Dammmmm i know too much asking all this noobie questions, im not too familiar in Nissan i was more into the Mitsubishi Starion/Conquest. hoping you guys can give me some good details or tips about nissan since i dont know much about it. i know little about it like 300zx, Skyline some parts can fit and be use for the S14 .

Hey man what's up long time no see on here, I bought your old blue automatic 240sx fastback years ago!!

The stock rear calipers are fine for drifting, there is no need to upgrade them unless you just want the look of better brakes, honestly it's money that you could spend elsewhere on the car and get better results for what you are trying to do with it.

The stock BMC is fine, it might feel a lil spongy just get s.s. lines and I would suggest to just get solid oem replacement rotors instead of the slotted. If you dont like the way the brake pedal feels with the stock BMC you can upgrade to the 300ZX BMC but it requires some mods and its totally up to your preference of how the brake pedal feels.

For the rears I would say leave the stock calipers, just get new oem replacement rotors, and some PMU D1 Pads

If you want more solid pedal feel, don't get slotted rotors.

The calipers someone is trying to sell you sound sketch - i've never heard of a dual piston bolt-on that utilizes the stock rotor.

Get ss braided lines all around, good fluid (very important and often neglected), and good pads and you'll be good to go.
