If your going to cry about it being too loud, dont buy it: simple as that.
 
i did take it and you can give me all the advice you want ...i still cant hear it...and i was asking does it OUT PERFORM every other exhaust sytsem??
 
that opinionated. I think it does, I didnt like my Apexi, or my HKS hi-power NEAR as much as I do my Buddy club. Lot less restriction. But hints (louder) It has a "resonator" but it doesn't do much, and I have a test-pipe;
Its not super loud, but its not quiet either. It sounds great, but like Dan said, its loud when getting on it. Driving civil the exhaust wont get you pulled over; or will it? I dont know how where you live is, different cities/counties are stricter than others.
 
Why dont you just have a muffler shop make you one? Tell them what you want and they will come up with something.

I have a Reinhard Exhaust and its kinda loud but idc bc it has a deep tone. I also have a 2-piece silencer but never use it because it looks so gay. Ive pulled next to a cop and asked him if it was loud and he said not so much. He said its the honda's that kill him.
 
well the cops around me dont really care about exhaust, i run 3 inch straight pipe, no muffler, resonator, nothing. never been told my exhaust is too loud by a cop, or anyone besides my mom for that matter :D
but bro you arent gonna notice a "performance difference" between certain exhausts. your car may breath a bit better with certain exhausts, but you will never be able to tell. just find something thats 3 inch and sounds good
shit i ran open dp for about a month, now that was loud!! lol, the turbo spooling sounded sick as shit, but its a little loud for a daily. still no complaints though
 
Think about this, buddy club doesn't even list the spec 2 as their high performance exhaust. Over priced glasspack IMO. There are far better solutions. And in your other thread, you said not loud and obnoxious...um a glasspack is the 2nd worst choice for you then.
 
i know but i really like how it looks...not only that it has hardly any restrictions so i might have changed my mind...what else do you guys reccommend??
 
If you're that worried about +/- minute amounts of power, look to other upgrades. Seriously. HKS, Apexi, Greddy, RSR, 5zigen, Buddyclub, Tanabe, Blitz, x, y, z - they're all good. Just pick one that fits your budget, sounds good to you, and looks good to you. Get a good elbow and downpipe too.
 
A good exhaust system will flow very well no matter what the brand/style
I have an S15 T28, tubular manifold, Trust O2 housing, MR flexpipe/downpipe and the BC-II exhaust.
I think it flows better with this exhaust than the HKS hi-power, maybe its my imagination.
