buzzing noise ???

getting a weird buzzing noise some where in my dash does it when ever it wants mostly on decel

i just finished rebuilding my motor and instaled an oil psi gauge thats tho only thing i can think being the cause of it the oil guage guess i can disconnect it and se if there is any change.

Take out the trim. Take out the A/C control and look in there should be a small plastic piece clicking back and forward. If its that.
