Buzzing out of speakers

This has been happening for a while now and i just got tired and took off the ground. My radio is wired up right, and i have the speakers wired to an amp which has rcas going from the radio to it, same with sub. Yet when i turn on the car, i get this annoying buzing sound when the car is running, i have to blast the radio to not hear it. Anyone know what it is? I just took the ground off the amps and taped them up im tired of that buzzing sound even if it means losing music.

lmao... I dont even have speakers...lol... alternator brush is pwning you... lmao.. but i dont know shit

u gotta get that adapter for that from pac i forgot the name of it... ima look it up n post it

ok i found what it is its from pac its called SNI-1

Pacific Accessory Corporation SNI-1
RCA Ground Loop Isolator

dumb question but are your power wires running on the same side of the car as your rca's????

No that's not a dumb question b/c its probably the case. I had ground noise from doing the same thing.

nope, RCA's traveling through the middle and power runs through the side. And alternator has ben charging good, i hope its not it, maybe i should throw in another battery to power the two amps lmao

its not that the alternator is bad its that its giving feedback through the lines because of the alternator brushes. You can either run the in line filter or replace the alternator. My suggestion is get rid of the amps and just run your speaker through the head unit. less weight ya dig

lol ok ill check that out, and about the amps, i have to run the amps 1. because it sounds awesome and 2.because the channels on the radio are blown lmao im too poor to afford another radio!
