1 Remove the windsheild wiper arms -14mm IIRC
2 Remove the Black Plastic Cowl that is underneath the wipers - Several #2 + Screws(Phillips)
3 The is a panel under there help on by 2 10mm bolts Remove that
4 The filter is inside there
5 I never replaced it so I don't know anymore
