i need an idea on were to mount my greddy catch can(the big round one).
i had bit zip tied before on the front driver side behinf the headlight, but im looking to clean up the look an mount it correctly.

can someone give me an idea on were to mount it.

also can the be mounted side ways or they have they have to be mounted standing up?
 
if my assumptions are correct it fills up with oil, i've never had an oil catch can. so i would have to say it has to be upright.
 
i mounted mine in the front but thats on my ka
but you can probably do the same on sr i would think if you dont have a shroud
and its nice for top mount cause you can tap it into my turbo oil return line

Pat you never had a heat sheid for your mastercylinder when you had the top mount setup just noticed that

dammm i like how it looks on the front of the engine i think ima do that then, but my catch can is like the first one pictured on the ka, which is the big round one. do u know if u can la those side ways. so it mounts like the square one?

dam i just noticed that too, lol, how did that work out with out a heat sheild, when i had my top mount my cap started melting on the bmc.

btw i still have the setup if anyone wants it for a supremely cheap price:eek:

You can lay it on it's side I don't see why not lay the indicator side down but your fine I was going to lay mine on it's side but the hose to the intake pipe would rub the pulley
