and yes as for Scott Neener. he needs a lisence... hes at every qualifier... he shreds.. you guys even told him you were bumping him up then his motor shit the bed in his qualifing runs.. i think just cause of the large fireball and the fact the only reason he drove the qualifying runs even though he knew his motor was blown cause he thought he would come out of it with a broken car but atleast a lisence... fuck if anything give the man a provisional and watch him shred at osw...
plus i really wouldnt mind the chance of trying to scrape paint with him in some tandem action..

much respect to scott and I think he can drive well, but they have to make him jump through the same hoops (complete good qualifying runs) or else it makes the license weak and flimsy where anyone that does good whenever can get it. Scott can earn one on his own easliy enough.
Last time we did because the street class is 'qualifying' for pro class license. If you were to earn your license and have the car to pro-spec, then you get to compete the pro class too that day. So you wouldn't want to practice a different layout and then get tossed into pro-class and have no practice.
