car dealer problems...help

i got this tiburon last saturday but several things are already coming up wrong with it, namely the tranny. i want to take it back , they said i could exchange it and shit but i'm still not ''approved'' for the loan i really don't like or want the car anymore. should i be a smart ass and not give them pay stubs and all the other crap they need and just ask for my down payment back? this was at o'brien mitsubishi of naples ... i think they want to stick me with a lemon.... any input??? what can i do?

i agree .....had a problem with this car company years ago with the same car ( an ex girlfrineds car at the time) yea man get your money back n blow the place up!!!

u could always tow da car around da dealer everyday protesting south fla bmw sold sum guy a 650 lemon and dis guy drags his lemon on a trailer wit his dulley with big fukin sign saying how there a piece of shit
