Car turns on and then dies

I checked the codes on the and it is throwing 55 which means nothing wrong but my car still wont idle (it just turns on and the shuts right off) so i turned the car on and held the gas at WOT the car like had to wait a while to catch itself and then it stumbled and went to about 3500 rpm and then shut itself off!!! wtf could it be

could it be the car is out of timing??

first off we need info on what it is ...ka/sr/rb ect. now! i know what it is..a friend had the same problem..the problem is that is a nissan..take the car a drive as fast as u can into the nearest lake! problem solved..

i unpluged the maf and the car stays on but it wants to die and the idle jumps between 1000 and 2000 back and forth

disregard that last part the car stays on for like 6 seconds and the dies

update i found on the coil on one of the sensors there was some gel like substance on it so i cleaned it off and the goes to wot now with no hesitation all i need now is for the car to idle the car stays on for like 15 seconds then dies

could it be a bad ignition coil?

unpluge each injector 1 at a time and the one that dont make a difference pull it out and change the o ring thats your prob

will do tomorrow

damn they are a pinta to get out i did the first 2 injectors and they didnt make a diff doing the other 2 tomorrow

the thing i dont understand is that the car ran perfect before i did the headgasket

resistance for coil is 1.0 ohms and it is suppose to be .7 ohms is this out of spec and should be replaced?

going to put up a youtube video

well good news i found a vacuum leak on the hose that connects to the intake pipe and some pipe on the intake manni the hose is in a send bend sprayed it with some brakeleen and the revs went up hopefully that is my only leak

yo while the car was idling (unplug the maf) i unplugged the tps and the idle dropped to 1000rpm rock solid but it sounded like it had a miss (possibly fouled spark plug) then i pluged in the tps idle jumped up to about 2000 rpm and the i plugged in the maf the car died
