Car wants to bog out sometimes?

Sometimes when my car is in neutral, and I want to rev up so I can revmatch and change gears the car wants to bog out and stall as soon as I tap the throttle. It isn't consistent either, sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't.

Any ideas?

It's a Ka-t btw, it just got done a few weeks ago so theres a few things to work out to make it run just right. (like this prob)

mmm sounds like the vtec solenoid is dead.

maybe your iiacv is clogged? or maybe your maf is starting to go?

E-mance ROM tune.

Could it have something to do with my spark plug gap? They're at .30 right now.

Dirty AFM maybe? If you have a spare stock ecu swap it in and see if it does the same thing. Maybe the tune is to blame.
