i was wondering if there a place you can just buy flat carbon fiber to make my own switch panels and center trim piece for my s14
i dont really wanna spend crazy amount of money for shit i can make with my dremel and some time and id rather make it myself

^^looks pretty good, you might as well buy a solid sheets and cut it to size instead of getting the cloth, the solid sheet would be lighter and alot easier

but what would you think would be the best for making a switch panel and radio trim there like 4 diff kinds and thicknesses
cause i dont wanna buy something over kill and to thick
i was thinking the the carbon with birch core like 3/32 so it will be kinda sturdy so it will hold gauges

Just get a thin sheet of dry carbon, and cut it. There is all kinds of places that sell small sheets of dry carbon.

just make it out if fiberglass, spray paint the cloth black and put tons of clear coat. it will look very close to CF.

dragonplate is good, but buying cf anything is so expensive when its so easy to make, as long as it isnt anything structural, cause then you would need to vacuum bag/autoclave it.
