Cheap ways to get more power

i am looking to get more power out of my ka24de before i go to turbo. i have already hollowed my catylc converter and it has a performance air filter but its old and it was on the car when i bought it. WHAT ARE SOME CHEAP WAYS TO GIVE MY CAR SOME MORE HORSEPOWER???

Headers and full exhaust... Remove the egr. And google search. I had full bolt ons and a safc tune and it ran really awesome..

header, exhuast, intake, advanced timing, 93 octane gas, eledctric fans to free up power.. those are basic little things to get the most out of a ka, i might be missing something idk
