yeah I used to live in cape Canaveral for a few years and it was cool as shit being able to see the launches on a regular basis. I love night launches, light up the sky it it was daylight almost.

those came out pretty good for phone pics.
 
If you enjoyed that, i wish this were pre 9/11 when you used to be able to watch from a much closer distance. Got to see a launch after space camp when i was a kid - it was siiiick.
 
It's sad, but I don't even go outside to watch them anymore.
I'll be out to watch the very last one though..... Just cause I guess.
 
yea, im really sad.

i went to a gift shop after the launch on the way back home. and the lady who worked there just started crying, NASA made titusville and the surrounding areas. 7000 people without jobs soon.

but i will be making the next 3 launches.

btw, these shots were taken from my friends boat dock about 10 miles away.
