countyline possible drift track

Hey guys i just got off the phone with my friend Red and he knows the owner of county line 1/8 mile track off st rd 27 and he said if we could get 50 names on a list he would set up the track for us and it would only cost 35$ per car. But im kinda of a noob to the scene, so if some of you guys want to get together with a list. He said he would set up the barriers and what ever we needed. I haven't been there yet but my friend said theres enofe room. He didnt think anyone was interested, it would be nice to have a local practice spot open every week something like a driftland, but someone that knows how to setup a track would have to check it out. Any how just bouncin this off you guys. Im down to set up a date to head over there.

That would be awesome to have a local spot, specially for so cheap.

But I think someone on here with more knowledge on events like ter-tec or one of the aero k guys to talk to them and get an offical word before we get alist going.

Would hate to get all hyped up like the homestead event and nothing come of it.

Is there any chance you can get your friend to take pics and post them up on here? I also agree with getting in contact with Ter-Tech or Aero K guys to get the ball rolling on this. This would be awesome for drifting in SFL :bigthumbu .

Last time I was at county line, it was on a plane. If I remember properly, the only lot to hold an event is way too small. And for $35, we're obviously not getting much. But I hope someone proves me wrong here.... sounds TOO optimistic for $35. But alas:

Yup, that's the one. Good ol' Opa Locka West. I remember practicing touch and go's there.
