Couple Questions

1. My 97 DOHC KA at idle ( which i believe is low, sometimes at 500 ) stumbles for a split second. Happens every 6 to 10 seconds, the rpms just drop really quickly then come back up??

2. My friends 95 s14 DOHC a/c only works on the highest setting 4, we tried changing the actually console but that didnt do anything either.??

your boys ac needs a blower motor relay
 
No Vac leaks, im doing a rebuild soon so i wanted to make sure it was fixed before taking the engine out.

SingleSlammer I cant really tried when im going to work today ill check it out, if it does what does that mean?

ah same shit its a pain in the ass to change

to the op's other problem i had this problem with my car i changed my fuel filter and injectors and it dosnt happen anymore. Im not saying your injectors are bad but pull the rail and watch them spray if you get anything but clouds change the injector.

well im going boost soon so ima have to change those anyways
 
ok so it just feels like a little misfire but it only does it at idle. and i tried the throttle thing, and no when it is idling and the engine studders i try pushing the gas and it just revs normally, doesnt go down before or anything...? I think my idle is just too low..
 
Do a sweep on the tps and clean the iacv, then go from there. If it feels like a misfire pull plugs or injectors and see if anything changes, if nothing it's not a misfire
 
well i doubt its a misfire bcus if it was it would be doing it at all times riding or not..but thanks tyler ima check that out tomorrow
 
It would be but depending on what it is you won't feel it at cruise... Don't think t sounds like it but it takes 6 seconds to check anyway, lmk how it goes
