de-pull quarters??

so i got a new piece s13 and the guy before me pulled the fuck otuta tha quarters. my friend said you can depull them but i really dont want to fuck them up and fuck the paint up. is there a way to de pull them without making them look like poop? lmk
 
Unfixable with out autobody repair, ie- cut, repair, replace sheet metal. Paint.

I say get aftermarket rear quarter panels.Get them molded in and then try to color match it with Express paint aerosol can color coded for your car.Lol
 
not worth $$$$ the fix.
Either live with it or put over fenders.

So the answer is YES you can "De-Pull" your fenders
