awh i love Great Danes! Well i mean i like cropped ears but it is really hard on the dog. Its not just a one time surgery, can take up to 4 times. If it's a puppy i would say go for it because they will get over it quicker as an adult would be a poor soul and upset longer. But post pics! i wanna see him, i've always wanted one

Ill post pics soon. Yea my vet said it takes one surgery and a few follow up visits to re tape the ears to make sure they stand right, he is 8 weeks old so the time to do them is now. she is going to run blood work prior the surgery to make sure he is healthy enough to endure the anesthesia and surgery and will be given pain pills for a little while.

I agree..yea they look more badass but if its no health benefit dont do it. poor dog doesnt need its ears cut
 
That black dog got them satellite ears n!gga picks up free tv don't take them off.
 
Look awesome standing up.... but i had the choice to do this to my pitbull awhile back, with the tail as well.... I didn't, and i think he's happy. LOL. Really its up to you Pancho, either one looks good to me, but if u cut the ears, you might not know certain times what hes feeling, or even if hes hearing you because he can't really pick up his ears. Its up to you though, i vote for either.

you sir are 100% right.. i just think a dane looks on point with cropped ears. i almost got a pit too but i when i get my own place with a bigger yard ill pick up a pit and a cane corso too.

At the end of the day, its your dog, and your property, so do what you feel is right to your liking. The dog isn't gnna hate you. LOL.
 
I hate people who say dogs are property. It's a fucking life, just like yours. Don't fuck with the ears, don't fuck with his tail and don't fuck with his nuts. Just let him be, lol.

the nuts are 100% going. i dont want a 6ft 150lb dog trying to hump me or anyone else.. lol the tail is staying for sure the ears are the ones that are still up in the air..
