What's the deal with the Ebay copy of the Greddy intake manifold...
I heard needs custom fuel rail most of the time...for $120 is it worth it
vrs the $450 plus for the real thing?

Does anyone have it on ther Sr20det?

Thanks

I know not much about 240sx. But if theres one thing i know dont skimp on a intake mani man. You might loose more power than stock. see if theres any reviews or post on nico club and see what they say. Whatever you do just make a smart decision. If 120 is w.e. to you then try it. Do a basline dyno then drop the mani in then do the dyno again. good luck

from what i heard, the quality of the materials used to fabricate these manifolds are very mediocre, creating poures through the manifold leaking hot air into the engine bay........ if you are considering this upgrade buy the real thing and you won't have to make any adjustments to the fuel rail, if you buy the ebay one you'll save now but it will cost you later....$450.00 for the real thing is actually pretty good, remember you get what you paid for.

^^^ HOLY SHIT ITS A GHOST^^^

I had one. Ill never skimp again. It sucked. The inside of the manifold was rough like rocks. The out side was covered with little holes from the shitty casting job. If you take the time to bead blast the inside to smoth it up a bit I guess it maybe a little better but the casting still sucked ass... I did NOT feel a difference in power or responce either.

i have one on my car right now, the casting isint the greatest, but you can use stock side feed fuel rail. i used a dremmel and extension bit to fine sand and smooth the inside and ports, i bought mine for about $65-70 bucks. im going to polish it, so it wont look as crappy, but i guess its up to you, make sure it comes with a gasket, but profab makes a gangsta ass one for like $50 its worth it.
