ebrake help

ok so my drivers side rear caliper is seized at least the sea horse is. im going to get two new calipers might as well get two

Check over the calipers though since the rear ones not being regular push types tend to get sticky in there old age and can put out uneven pressure even if the ebrake cable is evenly pulling on them. The rear calipers piston rotates while being pushed out to compensate for pad wear but they can stick a little in certain places causing one to grip more than the other when even pressure is applied by the ebrake cables.

Will do when I get the new ones

Ok so I'm getting new calipers tomorrow. Any suggestions on pads I was thinking ebc gen stuff or hawk hp +

i tried looking for project mu rear pads but cant find a price but if anything ill get hawk

well i guess my driver side is seized also...im having the same problems u are. i tried doing a big wide turn..not trying to initiate and shit lol... and locking the ebrake at like 15 mph and pass side kinda sorta locks and driver doesntt..fml

yeah take the wheel off and try to turn the sea horse with an 11mm wrench its where the ebrake cable attaches if it wont move its seized. i mean me and jackson both pulled on it trying to get it to move and no dice

ok i changed out the bad caliper for a brand new one bled everything definately locks up better but doesnt completely lock the wheels im thinking it might be the weight of my rims or shitty advance pads
