egr plug ???weld???

Hey guys soo i had removed emissions on my ka and pluged up the egr hole with a couple of coins and extra jb weld and today while driving pressure popped it right off, now honest;y i was tol to do this and it would work but ...it didnt. anyone no a solution to plugging it up my car sounds like a deisel truck now lol

iv tried ace hardware and homedepot dont got any all the plumbing plugs iv found have different thread and dont screw in at all

thats where i found mine. only for the headers though. thats mostly what you need

ive used a nickel aswell and worked fine.but try courtesy parts like benarovi stated.its better than havin that pipe in the way.and you get a cleaner engine bay

You are supposed to use the threaded part from the end of the EGR pipe to hold the nickle in....This had to be the 456876th thread about this.

^^^seriously the only reason anyone would suggest welding it is because they want to make money off you.

^no you weld the nickle in so it cant come out and will never leak

^^^the threaded part screws in over the nickel to hold it in. Mine has never leaked.
