I am in need of a motor. Not your run of the mill motor. I am looking to get an engine from AUS. Is there a company in florida that can get me 1? I see companies that can get jap stuff anytime. But cant find any local that can get me a motor from down under.

yeah it would help if you stoped with all this Secret shit and tell us what your looking for.

Its a rb30e... It was an aus only motor. Thats all I need to know is a company that can get stuff from there. Because I know most of our local shops only do Mad tyte JDM shit.

well... with some work and a rb 26 i think head it is... you can make a rb30det.... yeah..

Requires no work, just swapping the head and manifolds... I will be aiming for a rb30de-t.

Doesnt really matter what I want with the motor though. My flow not yours.

every consider what if it breaks? who will get you another one? or will you just go back to the same ka you got now?

something smells pointless...

and i think your best bet is either finding some who is in import/export business and see if they got any connections or someone that can help.

or you can do it your self....go over there find one, buy it and bring it over.

yeah man listen to these guys. there a time where something practical outweights the benefits from a better engine....parts support is HUGE if you're building any type of track car....unless you're rich then go right ahead and we'll all envy you.

its not even a better set up then a rb25/26 its just a wow thats cool factor. really thats what the rb30det is all about cause its just not practical... why dont you follow in your aussie friends foot steps and just skip to the 5.7L ls1 motor.

I dont care if Im rich to be honest. I dont want another V8 in a hardbody. I want a Nissan motor.

I want a Rb30... Simple. I settled for less with my last build and wont do it with this one. I have the time, and the money to get the motor. As for Rb30 parts, there is a wide variety of them in japan. As the rb30 is nothing new to skyline owners. As for it being any better than the 25/26, is a 383 better than a 350? Of course it is, no replacement for displacement.

All these people swap 1/2j's into 240s when they could use a RB series. So why not use a 3.0 nissan motor and build it to be just as baller?

hahahahahahahahaha... your so fucking retarded its great. you think that the rb30 is in jdm land... oh yeah so the block for some reason takes a shit oh no biggy its just the snap of a finger away.. oh yeah wait what.. your tellimg that the rad and the intercooler that there is like no room... no way.. and that just cause there is .4 more displacement its soooooo much better.. the only replacement for dicplacement is technology... gl with your shit i would loveeeee to see it..

Boost blow up and cry! I have an rb20det and the after market parts are 1. expensive 2. not readily available in the US...I make good money and if my motor blows its still going to be down for a while. Think before you buy, I still have a problem with this myself. Factor all the costs in the long run and ask yourself if its really worth it.

RB26 is an ELITE motor and parts arent too hard to find over here(not as hard as RB30)

Being down for a while isnt a problem. The truck has been in the same spot for almost a month now, its not my DD or even close to it. I dont want a RB26 or a 25 or a 20. If I do get an RB it will be the 30E. The only parts that will still be 30 is the block and internals. The rest will all be 25/26 parts because the bolt on. So basically it will be a rb25 as far as aftermarket support until I get into internals.

You guys can try all you want to turn me away from this, but its not going to happen unless for some reason by stroke of luck I win the lottery. But even then I will probably do it.
