ok well str8 to the point. My steering shaft is grinding against my headers...people are telling me to get new motor mounts...could that solve it??

ALSO, everytime i steer the pulleys slow down a lot, Rpm's drop, and car shakes a bit. Could this be because of the steering shaft grinding against the headers? What else can it be?

check your powersteering belt..i had a similar problem....you made need to change that.you might have blown the pump also...

Troubleshoot is all you have. Free up the shaft first. You are gonna have to resolve that anyhow and there is a chance that may be making your power steering system work extraforced. If that doesn't resolve problem then target belt (may be loose or worn), power steering fluid, and pump.
