evo 8 enkei rims on fc

my boy is selling his evo 8 stocks,there by 8 alround , what do u think i should pay for them,the tires are wasted to
 
make sure the offset will fit, ideal off set for a fc is 30 front and 25 to 27 . but the biggest offset i would go is a 40 . with a 40 you can fit 215 up front and 255 in the rear

Do you know what you are talking about? Do you know what offset is? What about sidewall ratio?
