welded...LOCK!
lol, i read exhaust cracked. I thought it cracked in half.
btw if you do get it repaired, and even if you get it tig welded, there is so much contamination from the exhaust fumes and hydrocarbons that any weld is going to look like ass. And if not done with enough care, will crack again on the same spot or even worse right next to the welded joint. This is contributed to poor material quality.
Where it cracked looks like a place where they would assemble the resonator, then they ground and polished the welds so they are not there, well grind on a weld long enough and you wont have anything left as seen in the above pictures.
