Like, for serious. I know some of you brochachos have gotten ebay 5 thug conversions and I just got a front pair in the mail because my bearings went "Johnny la gente esta muy loca".

But am I supposed to be able to see the ball bearings? This 5 thug is for s14 owners since I have s14 spindles.

Yeaaa Ive never seen anything like that before, but then again, Ive never bought hubs online like that before. Looks kinda wierd tho. Did you contact the seller and ask them?

that one is still missing the rubber seal that holds grease in and keeps dirt out.

I did not. They are the biggest seller on ebay for 5 thug shiz. I'd have to email them since they don't have a number.

are those for s chassis?

Yea those 4 in that picture^ is how they should look. Idk man I wouldnt put them on the car like that. If you can swap your old ones over (if they fit) do that or get new ones. But yea thats alot of room for dirt and shit to get in there.

Id throw sum wheel bearing grease in der and put the old covers on em. Wit the covers on, no way grease can come out or dirt to get in. .02

pretty common on the ebay hubs to be like that. the two sets i have seen have been missing the cover

hmk. That's what I was wondering. I thought I had gotten a bad set out of the batch. I'm throwing in some more grease just for security and swapping covers and slapping them on I guess.

I mean if that's really the case I could seal on the hub cover

I'm letting them sit face down right now just to see if the grease will run off out of the hub.

Its the heat created from them spinning and certficual (sp) force that gets grease Off the bearing. There really should be a dust cover on em...but if it were mine id pack the fuck out of it and put the old,cap on em

^ this is what was thinking too and theres that big washer that goes over it to so u should be fine. I had a set like this when my bearing went and i had it for a year with no problems and the kid who bought them from me hasnt had an issue yet so i think your good if you pack them
