f**kin egr valve

my egr valve is causing idle issues and throttle jurking when light on the gas does not efect it when wide open lol which is normally how i drive but when the wifey in the car its really ruff on her iv seen deleting it and other things but my header is a little rusted by the pipe off the header (surface rust minor) how much for replacement or would it fix it to just delete it or should i just do the right thing and replace it
 
well i eliminated my emissions completely and im getting better gas mileage than when my emissions was on i get 28 city and about 34 highway but depends how you drive too i drive speed limit no crazy speeding
 
about how many miles per tank do u get? o but keep in mind ur single cam
 
doesnt matter actually my single cam runs harder than it used to after i elminated my emissions it runs smoother and better on the throttle i would just delete emissions its a pain in the ass but trust me you'll notice the difference right away
 
believe me i want to but have no idea how. and i dont think its gonna be a quick job
 
theres a write up on ka-t.org and trust me before u start get the intake manifold gasket set so u already have it and also have some money for bullshyt hoses that might break luckly i only bought 1 hose to by pass a heater line but its gonna take you a full day and depends how caked on your old intake manifolds gaskets are mines were like baked took 2 hrs to remove the old gaskets but trust me its worth it

i have dual cam but i want to keep the egr i think not sure yet but it jerksthe car if you pussy foot the gas at low speeds and i just want that to stop its ruff on my girl and i get ok millage i guess but i think i would get better if this was fixed

no more info on gay ass egr
