Lock all posting privileges until a 'new member' thread is made and approved for all new members---is there any way to do this? I've seen a couple of forums that do this, just tossing it out there, don't know if it has been discussed before.

The only part that is retarded are these new rules that seem to be up everyday. Why would we lock out the fs threads just cause people are new. Not letting these people post fs threads are only going to cause even more issues. And the whole "oh this is to protect us from shaddy people" is retarded. You can get screwed by people that have been in the forums for a while just as easy.

And this elitist attitude is only going to push more and more people away from this forum and end up killing it even more so then it already is
