Was held last Saturday. I got in under media and had a chance to walk around and shoot before anyone was there.:thumbup:

Geared me up for this weekends event. St. Pete Honda Grand Prix.

This Bugatti Veyron is #1 of 8. It is all CF with a polished shell.

Bad ass car. But the exhaust shield was showing where the water collects.

autos look very flattering at low angles.. i'm a firm believer that all car photos should be shot around headlight level ::shrugs::

Nice coverage. Only thing I don't like about highend cars is there no personalization. Yeah you can change the wheels but they are typically factory wheels.

Well the Sigmas came when i purchased the camera.
and the L is rented.:bigthumbu

Now I am set for the Honda Grand Prix. I have my Media badge, and Photo bib so I will be on the track shooting!!:bigthumbu

You lucky duck. I thought the 24-70 was the Lglass. I want the sigma but its back-ordered thru b&h and the other big retailers don't have it. I've got my Canon 17-85 sold just have to wait on them to get the Sigma in.

shots came out good.....the settings are good i just think you should have centered the cars a little better....and watch out for your reflection on the car....lol but hey overall you did great good job!

Weddings are straight money in the bank but oh so stressfull. At my level, just starting, you have to fight with brothers/sisters/family members that can do it for free. But of course they won't have the quality we would.
