fuck drunk drivers with no insurance

well, if you were hit atleast your alive...if its somebody else i hope all goes well, and the drunk mofo get tossed behind bars
 
I was hit. Guy tried running and I chased him and he flipped over and still tried running away. Gotta love SFL

Atleast he got arrested for DUI. Sucks for me though, he had no insurance or registration or anything. yay for money out of my pocket to pay for his fucking retardedness.
 
its not as bad as I wish it was lol.. rear bumper/support is toast, rear hatchlid damaged, tail lamp broken... all I can see for sure that is messed up.


Guy was probably doing 40mph and hit me at a dead stop at a red light without even getting on the brakes.. than just threw his Chevy Blazer in reverse and went around the other traffic and tried taking off so I started to chase him and he went a little too fast around the turn going to the Ft.lauderdale Airport terminals and flipped his shit

it's a 2007 Nissan Versa hatchback btw in case anyone was wondering.

I have uninsured motorist coverage, still $500.00 deductible the claims guy told me.

thats awesome! you made that niga flip. i woulda done the same and then beat his ass with a blunt object so it seems like it was from the accident.
 
im pretty sure u can sue... my boy got hit by a drunk driver with a suspened liscence driving someone elses car, last year on new years who fled and someone followed him and then he got caught without insurance, he sued him cuz his face was all fuked up and his mom broke her arm, car was totaled in the accident too and i think he made like 100gs out of it... no joke
 
Dan you should sue. One of your passengers got a bump on their head, and the other passenger uh... almost went into a diabetic coma!
 
the worst part was as soon as the driver gets out of the car, mind you it's flipped over and I dunno how he McGuyered his way out.. he comes up to a car and says "I'll give you anything to get me out of here".
 
I already forwarded the case # to my lawyer, they are doing bg check on the guy to see if he has anything that I can sue for.. hopefully he has secret bank accounts and I never have to work again!!!


And I wouldve beat him with my tire iron if the car that chased him wasnt an off duty police officer.. plus the cops got there within 2minutes of him flipping, it woulda took me longer than that to even open my trunk the way its bent up lol
 
im sorry to hear that dan, def look into the suit. good luck with everything. i hate stupid drivers in general.
