Fuel Pump not turning on.

So my car is 100% done... Except that the fuel pump wont turn on.

It turns over like a champ... But there is no fuel pressure, so I listened to the fuel pump while my dad was cranking it and it didn't make a sound.... .. So I'm guessing the relay? It was running fine before I started the rebuild...

does it prime ???

maybe fuel lines backwards or something

Doesn't prime... it doesn't do a thing..

Did you put a voltmeter on the pump side to check for power and ground?

from fuel filter to the in by the fron tof the motor rite?

Ok.. soo I took the regulator off. and fuel is squirting out of the filter... sooo I'm thinking maybe I did my lines wrong..

it goes:

Fuel filter - bottom of regulator to side of regulator - back of fuel rail to front - to fuel return...

Maybe it should be :

fuel filter - fuel rail - pressure regulator- return??
