Fuel smell on fill up and left turns

What's up old friends!

Quick question.
Just picked up a 92 vert. Notice when I fill up gas I have a slight drip coming from the back pass side. Also when I take a hard left I smell gas. From what I've read it's probably the filler neck. Possibly the o ring on top of the pump. Just looking for some advice and if it is the filler neck, the way to fix it..

I have a full tank and filler neck that you're welcome to if you come pick it up in south miami.
