full tap suspension help!

I have the stance full tap, bracket adjustable, what ever you want to call them.

I have the spring part adjusted to how i like it but i want to lower it just a little more but the bottom part of the suspension does not want to break loose (the bracket part). i have the spanner wrenches and i can brake the lock nut loose but the bracket wont spin at all. ive drenched the brackets with wd-40 and liquid wrench and they still wont break loose.

any suggestions?
 
i stuck a screw driver in the peice on the bottom where the nuts go then propped it aganst a block of wood on the floor and went at it with the spanner wrenches...shit popped loose no problem.
 
what would i put the spanner wenches on?

ive put them on the very top part (where it mounts under the hood) but the strut kept spinning.

i took my shit outa the car and did it. If anything take a flat head and a big fucking hammer and hit it one or 2 good times. It should pop.
