go kart track day possibly.

yeah i know noah but there were still quite a few people that wanted to come. oh well maybe another time, i'm going out later tonight to get some practice.. i wish i had a cameraman and a camera
 
Hopefully we can set up a date where I have just installed my suspension, and I can do some testing and learn to drive on actual suspension.

Yeah I've been there before, 2tone blue ftw. Well, if I do go lets just say I'll come fully prepared for a "private" event :bigthumbu . The track will be very good for what I need to practice and I'll get my revenge on it from last time :D .
 
That's cool, I'll be coming from far away. So one way or the other I'm getting track time, I need to get better quick :D .
 
theres also a spot near the kart track where me and josh go, it has a culdesack and a few turns. one of the turns is excellent for learning how to break drift thats how josh taught me. the kart track gets fun but after a couple hours it gets old hopefully i can make some creative runs tomorrow, and get used to my coilovers i really should get tires put on before i go
 
Beggers can't be choosers, so if its track time I'll go until my body won't let me, tires won't let me or some "people" won't let me :bigthumbu .

Are you tslking about the place where we all went and you and Randy just starting doing drift circles and figure 8s around tires and shit?

It was a good day. . .

It was fun, I practiced the things I wanted to work on. It was a great, complete day of drifting I drifted with friends, FD and AE86 tandem was a lot of fun and gave girls ride alongs(sorry for not letting off the throttle and dirt rooster tails :D I have to live up to both my names) :bigthumbu . I'm totally worn out.

yeah man that was defiantely too much fun. i've never thrashed my fd so bad, god i was flying through dirt and grass like nothing. ripped my lip off, that was funny when i got stuck on a mound of dirt with my tires floating and your father pulled me out fun times.

you know just as i start to think the track gets old. i learn something completely new. today i think i became a better driver easily. the manji down the straight that i connected most of the track with was awesome, but those early entry ebrakes around that big bank i started nailing. i was glad to see josh's smile and thumbs up. i feel good about today. just to let you know man we're going next weekend too. my buddies dan and deron want to come out. dan's never really drifted so we're going to be teaching him if his cars ready and deron is rusty so he needs to get some of his skill back, another 240 might be coming. i want to start doing this every weekend again. like you said today we need a lot more practice before that drift 411 event man, ALOT.

but the tandem was hot. i felt bad for spinning out in the first one but then you spun out in the second and we both spun out in the third lol. i was suprised how well you stuck with me, i should've tried to just put some distance on you instead of manjiing every chance i got for show.

but fun times man i'm definately going next week. if you want to come again.
 
Ya you should have called me today. I landed up spending money at the mall instead! I got the diff and driveshaft out of the old shell today and will be pulling the engine tommarrow. Hope to be done by the weekend!
