Good Setup

you will deff need a intake mani for that... greedy makes one. also if you are open to critisim then take it and not argue your points. as the other experenced drifters said suspension, drive train, and all that is just as important in the prosseces of having a car to make that power. it can be done and im not saying its not impossible but i think that you should relize that you will need alot more things than just engine componts to make this dream true. i hope this helps and gl with this i would love to see this car come to life

OH for sure bro. im not trying to argue but you know someone telling me i cant do something is not really critisism its more of slam/insult. its not tha i have more money than nick hogan its that i bust my ass at work to get what i want. im not gonna sit here and call you a dick in front of everyone, but come on bro. and as for the shop being as money comes out of my pocket every month cause i am part of the shop crew i dont think labor will be a problem. but you are right i was looking into the injectors and im just gonna run 1000cc's. this is all time thing. buy parts couple things at a time then put it all together

I wasnt being a dick, you dont want to see me being a dick. all I said is that you were not going to make 500hp with the parts that you mentioned. So i said dream on. It wasnt an insult it was more like a wake up call.

i thought of this setup while at work and i think im gonna dump the integra and actually go through with it and get started on events. brands wont be the same it just what i could think of right now to get a general idea.

Stock Intake Manifold (couldnt find anything else)
Turbonetics Turbo Manifold
Turbonetics T04E-60 A/R .63
Turbonetics Deltagate II
Turbonectics Raptor BOV
CP Pistons & Rings Std Bore
Eagle Rods
Cometic Head Gasket
Brian Crower Stg 3 Cams
Brian Crower Dual-Ti Valve Springs and Retainers
Brian Crower Stainless Steel Valves
Jim Wolf Technology Cam Sprockets
Koyo Radiator
Spearco Front Mount Intercooler
Custom Downpipe
Custom 3" Piping to Apexi WS2 Muffler
Walbro 255 lph Fuel Pump
Aem Fuel Rail
550cc injectors
AEM EMS

this is gonna be a low/high boost setup. i want to make like 500+hp on high boost, is that possible with this setup, what can be changed. open to all criticism. car will be for sliding and some track days(countyline raceway, moroso)

scratch the cam sprockets, its a pain in the ass to adjust them and the stg 3 cams are already optimized with the correct lobe separation angle for the 7k rpm range that you are going to run. For 500+hp you will need to run 11mm arp head studs and arp main studs. I would not try to do more then 400whp on a walbro just because making that much power is scary, not to mention on a 89 dollar fuel pump using stock 5\16ths line. You will have to get an after market fuel pressure regulator after changing the fuel rail. 550cc injectors will not do 350 whp at 43.5psi, try 320 with keeping injector duty cycle under 90%. Your turbo might do 425whp after that its a crap shoot. If you are looking at this much power I advise you get the .020" over pistons and have the block bored and honed so you start with strait cylinder walls, not ones with 100,000 miles on them. Ditch that fucking waste gate, ive seen too many cars with boost control problems with a deltagate, sc300, GN, supra, ka-t. You can get a 38mm tial gate that will bold up to the same flange on the turbonetics manifold, although I dont know if it will control boost with 500 horsepower worth of exhaust flow. You dont need a different intake manifold, although that and your 3in exhaust will be the most restrictive pieces in your puzzle.

Other then that its going to be the tuner and your AEM installation.

Another thing, you need to speak with someone who has done this kind of big horsepower setup before because they have the experience of knowing what works and what dose not. You need to think about your clutch options as well. Dont take anything you read here as law because alot of the opinions that I have read in this thread are not really putting you in the correct direction.

Ka's do not have lifters, its a cam on bucket setup. What you are thinking about pertains to sr20's.
