lol the thing is he has tryed to break into my car 3 times this last time they came with a tow truck and they have broken into my house 2 times and i know its them and the cops are a bunch of morons so ive worked to hard to have some f*** kid try to steal my shit.

get high quality security cameras, and make sure you have good insurance and receipts of everything done to your car. like some one mentioned before if they really want your car they are gonna get it.
 
1 im not tryto kill some one but it just going to scare the shit out of them 2 even if i keep all the receipts they are not going to give me anything near the amount of money put in to the car :(

Stand your ground does not apply unless your vehicle is being occupied, the same applies for the castle doctrine.

BUT...

if you go out and confront the person mid auto theft, and he "attacks you" then stand your ground kicks in.

Remember you can also pull your gun to prevent or stop a forcible felony, your car being broken into is burglary which is a forcible felony, or if he has a crobar in his hand while breaking into your car is armed burglary. Especially if he turns towards you with it in his hand.

Well yeah if the guy has any sort of tool I.E hammer, screw driver,crobar etc.. you better believe that person is threat to you and your family. to the OP please educate your self on gun laws and safety if you are really thinking of purchasing one.
