Someone suggested I start a poll looking to see if anyone is interested in doing a gymkhana course at this upcoming skidpad event. The course will be set up in a way that you can still drift the track since I'm sure there will be a percentage of you with no interest in doing a gymkhana. In any case the course will run during a certain time slot (early or late into the night, hasn't been decided) and again for those of you who are not interested can still drift the track with the course layout still in place. Poll ends on Friday so vote now. Thanks.

May aswell just do it as long as the normal course layout as stated would be able to be drifted aswell. I think it'd be cool though!

from the people who voted for do it how many of you will be there driving?

Little to none. I don't care either way as long as its not in the way of the normal tandem layout, and we get as much time as the gymkhana layout takes. If I do a few solo laps I may try it.

Vote: do it

This. I don't want to watch people waste our time to drift

is not that bad bro, Gymkhana is timed. I recall last time we did it, one lap was 3 to 8 seconds longer than a no spin drift lap.

Gymkhana teaches drivers how to handle the car better, judge distance better, braking on time, there is so much benefit to gymkhana training people dont even understand.

many of the best Japanese drifter do gymkhana... some of the best FD driver do gymkhana, I feel that we should as well.

It takes good driving skill to do it quick and properly... so why not practice to be good at it. ;)

I'm not coming to go to the Gym.

I'm coming TO GET DOWN.

Fuck your gymkanamamaness and lets crash into eachother!!!!!

Speaking of going to the Gym, Whose down for some Chipotle pre-dorifto madness? Has to be close to tha track and have space for a behemoth of a car trailer.
I just read that skidpad is 6:30-11:30 right?
We'll be there by 5ish =)

my opinion; As long as its not in the way of the people who want to drift or practice drifting, sure throw it out there, and let the drivers paying to drive decide how they want to run the "track". Maybe it will be more fun since there will be more obstacles to play with

if its a successful turnout and a lot of people find interest in it, have separate drift days and gymkhana days
