thats a movers dolly made out of composite its not meant to hold things how u have the motor, if u were to put a piece of wood to distribute the load it will easily hold the 1000lbs its rated for, on a side note HF should give u a new one no problems just have a decent story lol

my family owns a moving company and i have been working there for years
it is a cheap plastic one we only use solid wood ones

but is what u did wrong was you dident distribute the weight correctly on the dolley the thing will hold 1000lbs as a whole but u took all the weight and put it in the center next time put a peice of plywood down so the weight is covered on the whole dolley not just the center
