Having Rev Problems

hello everybody im 17 i just bought an s13 & i was told it has an s14 engine swap. the car has been runnin good lately until now when is running it passes 4000 rev it starts losing power .. some time it does it in every gear , and other times just in 3rd, 4rd, 5th. please help this is the first 240sx ive owned
 
wish i could help but i've never owned a 240, thank god.:rolleyes:
someone will chime in eventually. my suggestions are faulty maf sensor or tps.
 
so i changed the fuckin fuel pump (oem replacement) and im still having the same problem.. when i drive the car for a while it starts like chokin up between gears going only 3000-4000revs. sometimes i let go of the gas and press on it then it starts passing higher revs. sometimes when i stop at lights it chokes up in first gear making me have to turn off & turn on the car.....same issues i had 4rm when i had the " bad fuel pump". helpp pleasee
