What thickness and bore headgasket should I run?

Redtop SR - Bored 0.020" Over (86.5mm)
9.0:1 Compression
GT2871r .64a/r @ ~18 PSI

Making about 340Rwhp currently (shooting for more)
Rebuilding block due to spun bearing

Looking @ Apex-i or Power Enterprise - Any suggestions? Previous Experience?
 
Just curious why not go thicker? I was reading somewhere you should go 1-2mm bigger than ur bore - any truth to that? Also im not seein any 86.5mm just 86 87 88
