headlights, seatbelts, ac not working?

i have a 92 hatch back, ka24de. i installed hids 2 weeks ago everything was working good, then one day i turned them on and the went on and turned off and never turned on again, so i looked at grounds and fuses, bulbs etc. i came to a conclusion that the headlight switch was getting bad connections, (wen i turned the lights on healights flip up and no light comes out) so i removed the healight switch (the stick on the left of the steering wheel) and opened it up and wire brushed the copper connections and when i put it all back togher my seat belts dont retract but they react to when you open the door but wont go bcak, my ac doesnt work, no air comes out, rpms dont move at all and neither does the mph gauge. and lights still dont work wtf help please

how low is your car?? you might have rubbed your tire through your harness in your wheel well

i checked, doesnt seem to have any signs of rubbing on it

^ checked, all good but will be replacing them all just in case i missed anything.

dam wtf happen rubin when we put the lights in everthing was all good your car just went to shit now

yea then i noticed one day a bit of smoke coming from the steering wheel column, and figured it was the head light switch (combination switch), i fucked with it cuz the lights started acting retarted first they wudnt turn off and then it started working on its own, and now they just dont turn on, so i took the switch out and did this write up http://forums.nicoclub.com/how-to-fix-your-headlight-problems-t280461.html
